What to know before you register:

Class Pricing

Term Classes: Pricing varies and is based on the materials, duration of the class and how many classes are in the series. Term classes are not eligible for the 10% discount pay in full nor are they eligible for the monthly payment plan. All sales are final with term class registration. Classes include (but are not limited to) Fun Drum, Feelin' Groovy: Music for Littles, online and in person Theory Classes, Junior Conductors and workshops. 

Full Season Programs (Band & Ensemble Classes): 22 classes of instruction with rehearsal time + involvement in the showcase concert performance day. Upon registration the $75 registration fee and the $75 printed music/clinic fee are final sale and therefore non refundable. If a student withdraws from classes, tuition fees will be reimbursed on an individual basis depending on how many classes the student has taken from the beginning of term to the drop date cut off, after which no tuition will be refunded. The drop date cut off is Nov 7, 2025.

Tuesdays at AJ Ottewell Community Centre - Sherwood Park

Have your homeschooler bring along some math or other bookwork to complete while a sibling is in class! There will be tables set out for students to snack and catch up on some work. Some families bring games to play as this is also a great opportunity for students to hang out with friends. 

Located at📍590 Broadmoor Blvd, Sherwood Park, the community centre is surrounded by walking trails and close to many cafes, restaurants and shopping. 

Wednesdays at KaRAR Performing Arts - Stony Plain

This year we are thrilled to announce the new Homeschool Day; a collaboration with KaRAR Collective in Stony Plain located at 📍4401 48 Street, Stony Plain. Homeschool students have the opportunity to register for daytime classes in the science, music, drama and dance/movement. Classes run Wednesdays during the fall and winter terms. These classes are a great way for your homeschooler to get to know others and feel connected to the homeschool community!

Pro Tip: Have your homeschooler bring along some math or other bookwork to complete during a class break! A studio will be open for "study hall" as well as areas to eat lunch/snack.

Registration Sequence

Ready to register? Here is what to expect . . . 

Step 1: Choose your payment method:

a) If paying my credit card use the registration links on this website to register and pay

b) If you choose to pay in full via email transfer please email Vanessa at [email protected] before you begin the registration process. Once you have connected with Vanessa and the email transfer has been sent, you will receive a code to continue with the following sequence.  

 Step 2: When registering please ensure that you have selected opt in/subscribe to emails to receive communication regarding classes and updates. If you do not click the opt in you will not get the updates and class information. 

Step 3: Agree to the Policy Agreement for the 2025/26 year. 

Step 4: Complete the full registration as prompted in the checkout process. You will be prompted to create a login to the Azure Members Area. 

Step 5: After processing the payment you will automatically receive an emailed receipt, a confirmation email and a welcome email. Email [email protected] if you do not receive these. 

Step 6: Take a peek at the Members Area! Download the calendar, practice sheets, general info and more. As classes get closer to the start date more info will be uploaded to the area and further details will be released. 

Step 7: Welcome to the Azure Family! Don't forget to tell your friends - music is more fun together! 🎵
