Welcome to the 2025/26 Azure Music Season!
Azure Music offers daytime music classes for homeschoolers and the community allowing students the opportunity to learn music fundamentals through increased instrument proficiency in a band/ensemble setting.
This year's theme is:
Music of the 70's!
Classes are offered on Tuesdays in Sherwood Park and Wednesdays in Stony Plain (Part of the KPA Homeschool Day).
Azure presents term classes (not a part of the year end showcase concert); such as our 5 week class FUN DRUM and 10 week FEELIN' GROOVY: Music for Littles
This 2025/26 season choose from BAND CLASSES:
Junior Band (age 8-11/beginner class)
'B' Band (age 12+ beginner OR 10+ with previous music experience)
'A' Band (age 12+, 2 or more years of band experience)
Band classes welcome instruments such as: flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, saxophone, trumpet, french horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion. Violin students may join also and limited seats are available for piano, bass and guitar. Talk to Vanessa [email protected] for more details and availability.

Fun Drum - Rhythm & Song Class
Daytime class for Homeschoolers aged 4-9. Learn rhythms, songs and music fundamentals in a high energy drumming circle atmosphere using hand drums like the African Djembe and percussion.
